Why this kit: Figured perforated plywood blank provides a firm, self-supporting surface — no hoop, no frame, and the finished piece holds its shape permanently; Pre-sorted mouline thread in all required colors included — start straight from the kit with everything ready to stitch; Embroidery scheme and instructions included; felt or foamiran backing gives the finished piece a clean, professional reverse side.
Kit includes: figured perforated plywood blank; foamiran or felt; mouline thread (100% cotton); a needle; instruction and embroidery scheme.
Cross-stitch is worked through the evenly-spaced holes in the plywood blank using the mouline thread, following the scheme. The felt backing is applied to the reverse side after stitching is complete.
Finished size: 12.5 × 11.5 cm/4.92 × 4.53in. Uses 17 colors. The figured wooden blank makes every finished piece unique in shape — a distinctive handmade result that works well as a gift or display piece.
